Food Fancies are back and this time we are featuring one of GG's efforts!
Chilli is great for the digestive system but bare in mind Sweet Chilli sauce contains a lot of sugar content. Why not try making your own from scratch and reducing the amount of sugar?
Chicken is super high in protein helping to sustain the muscles, however if you're not a meat lover or trying to cut down on your meat intake, the selection of plant based foods on the market has come a long way and are definitely worth a look!
In terms of carbohydrates, feel free to choose either pasta or rice for this one (wholemeal/brown versions are better 😉)
