Progression Stretch Challenge!

If you've ever been to a Jaydee Fitness class, you know we always go on about posture, Posture, POSTURE!


Well, if there's one way to test and improve this, Stretching is a great exercise to practice!


Jaydee Fitness HQ have set themselves a challenge to do just this!

Tipsy & GG will be practicing various stretches over the coming months to see how much they can improve.

Standing Floor Touch


Great For: Hamstrings, Calves, Lower back

Alternative(s): Lying Hamstring Stretch

Reps: 3-5 times, Daily


Method:

1. Start in a neutral standing position

2. Place palms on front of thighs

3. Slide hands down to floor (or as far as you can comfortably go!)

4. Place palms on floor and hold for 20-30 secs

5. Slowly roll up (Head is last to come up)
