Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 2 hours notice is required to cancel any pre-booked class. All payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your class to another date within 2 months of the cancelled class providing the notice period has been met. Failure to meet the 2-hour notice period or attend a transferred class within 2 months of the cancelled class will result in a loss of that class. Please contact us via email at info@jaydeefitness.com with your full name, class name and class date if you need to cancel a pre-booked class.
