Every Monday, we link up for 90 minutes of Pure Empowerment, here’s what to expect:
✨DANCE + FITNESS
Feel-good choreography, power moves, and flow — no experience needed, just bring the energy. Get in the zone and feel heard by requesting your favourite song. Led by your Jaydee Fitness instructors Tipsy & GG, plus some special guests!

✨ BODY CONFIDENCE WORKSHOPS
From posture to presence, squashing media myths and real talk. We’ll explore what it really means to love the skin you’re in. Expect laughter, breakthroughs, and some serious self-love.

✨ JOURNALLING + REFLECTION
Let it out, write it down, and watch your confidence grow week by week. We’ll get real about how we feel and how we want to show up in the world.

✨ INSPIRATIONAL GUESTS + GIRL CHAT
From creatives and influencers to wellness queens, hear how other women overcame setbacks, embraced their power, and found their voice.
