JAYDEE FITNESS INSTRUCTORS HUB MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

This Membership Contract (the "Contract") is entered into by and between Jaydee Fitness Instructors Hub (the "Employer") and the undersigned instructor (the "Member"). By signing this Contract, the Member agrees to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. Membership Responsibilities

1.1 The Member agrees to provide instruction in their area of expertise on behalf of Jaydee Fitness Instructors Hub, in accordance with bookings assigned. 

1.2 Each booking will be tailored with specific details, and payment will be determined individually for each booking before acceptance. 

1.3 Members must adhere to the agreed ethos and core values of Jaydee Fitness and maintain professional standards at all times. 

1.4 The Member is under no obligation to accept any work offered by the Employer at any time and the Employer is under no obligation to offer the Member work. However, where the Member accepts an assignment, the Employer will expect the Member to complete the assignment. Where the Member is unable to complete an assignment they have accepted for any reason, they must inform the Employer immediately. 

  1. Qualifications

2.1 The Member represents and warrants that they hold all necessary certifications, qualifications, and experience required to perform the services described. 

2.2 The Employer reserves the right to request proof of qualifications at any time. 

  1. Standards of Conduct

3.1 The Member agrees to act in a professional manner, upholding the reputation and standards of Jaydee Fitness. 

3.2 Members must arrive at all bookings, classes, and workshops at least 10 minutes before the start time. 

3.3 Members must represent Jaydee Fitness with integrity and in alignment with its ethos and core values. 

  1. Confidentiality

4.1 The Member agrees to keep all client information, business practices, and other proprietary information strictly confidential. 

4.2 Disclosure of any confidential information without prior consent will result in immediate termination of membership and possible legal action. 

  1. Insurance

5.1 The Member is responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary insurance coverage required for each booking. 

5.2 The Employer is not liable for any incidents, accidents, or claims arising from the Member’s services. 

  1. Waiver and Liability

6.1 The Member assumes all risks associated with their role and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jaydee Fitness Instructors Hub from any claims or liabilities. 

6.2 The Employer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred by the Member during any booking. 

  1. Payment & Invoicing

7.1 Payment will be determined and agreed upon individually for each booking prior to acceptance. 

7.2 Invoices must be submitted for approval by Jaydee Fitness Management. 

7.3 Jaydee Fitness Management reserves the right to request further information or amendments to any invoice. 

7.4 Invoices requiring amendments may result in delayed payment until discrepancies are resolved. 

  1. Timekeeping & Absence Reporting

8.1 The Member must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of any scheduled booking, class, or workshop. 

8.2 If the Member is unable to fulfil their duties due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, they must notify Jaydee Fitness Management at least 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible, to allow alternative arrangements to be made. 

  1. Termination

9.1 Jaydee Fitness reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Member fails to comply with any of the terms set forth in this Contract. 

9.2 The Member may terminate this Contract by providing written notice, subject to the resolution of any outstanding obligations.
