At Jaydee Fitness, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• In the original packaging (if applicable)
To request a return, please email info@jaydeefitness.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or full refund including postage.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we cannot accept returns for:

• Customised or personalised orders
• Items returned after the 14-day window
