Jaydee Fitness Refund & Return Policy  

At Jaydee Fitness, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  

Returns  

This product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:  

• Unworn and unwashed  

• In their original condition   

• In the original packaging (if applicable)  

• Items that are faulty

To request a return, please email info@jaydeefitness.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  

Exchanges  

We do not offer exchanges. 

Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method after 28 days and before 6 months. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Faulty Items  

If you received a faulty item (including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description. Replacements or full refund (not including shipping fees) is offered after 28 days and before 6 months. 

Transit Damage 

All goods are examined in detail prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave us in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible. 

If an order that has been shipped does not arrive with you within the recommended shipping time, please e-mail us at info@jaydeefitness.com with the order number and we will look into this for you. We do have to allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order, however after this time has passed we will issue a reprint and dispatch replacements if they are deemed to be lost in transit. Please note we have to be made aware of any orders not received within 14 days of the order being shipped.

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur. 

Non-Returnable Items  

Please note we cannot accept returns for:  

• Sale or Clearance items  

• Customised or personalised orders  

• Items returned after the 14-day window 

• Items that are not faulty
