  • INSTRUCTORS HUB SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS 

    1. Introduction  

    Welcome to the Jaydee Fitness Instructors Hub. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription. 

    2. Subscription & Payment  

    2.1. The Instructors Hub is a monthly subscription service that provides access to available fitness instructor job opportunities.  

    2.2. Subscription fees are deducted automatically on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.  

    2.3. Jaydee Fitness reserves the right to change subscription fees with prior notice to subscribers.  

    3. Access & Usage  

    3.1. Subscribers will receive access to exclusive job postings, resources, and opportunities via the Instructors Hub.  

    3.2. Jaydee Fitness does not guarantee job placement but provides access to available opportunities.  

    3.3. Subscribers must ensure that any personal and professional information submitted to Jaydee Fitness CIC and other employers is accurate and up to date.  

    3.4. Access to the Instructors Hub is strictly for the subscribed user and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. 

    4. Cancellations & Refunds  

    4.1. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.  

    4.2. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.  

    4.3. Jaydee Fitness does not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods.  

    4.4. In cases of fraudulent activity or misuse of the service, Jaydee Fitness reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without refund. 

    5. Responsibilities & Conduct  

    5.1. Subscribers must act professionally when engaging with potential employers and maintain ethical conduct in all interactions.  

    5.2. Jaydee Fitness is not responsible for disputes between subscribers and employers.  

    5.3. Any misuse of the Instructors Hub, including but not limited to sharing confidential job listings, may result in immediate termination of access. 

    6. Liability & Disclaimers  

    6.1. Jaydee Fitness acts as a facilitator by providing job opportunity listings and does not endorse or guarantee any specific employment outcomes.  

    6.2. Jaydee Fitness is not liable for any agreements, disputes, or outcomes arising between subscribers and employers.  

    6.3. The Instructors Hub may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues, and Jaydee Fitness is not liable for any disruptions. 

    7. Changes to Terms & Conditions  

    7.1. Jaydee Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.  

    7.2. Continued use of the Instructors Hub after changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
