A feel-good programme packed with energy, connection, and purpose featuring fun, movement-based classes designed for Adults, Parents, Children and Young People. Our adults and children classes run in adjacent rooms at the vibrant Kidbrooke Community Hub, making it easy, convenient, and a real family affair!
