Online Dance Fit 

Join us on Zoom for our online, dance-based class delivering the full package!  

We aim to build your strength, endurance and improve your coordination. 

Targeting all muscle groups, this body conditioning workout includes routines to tone the upper body, core, glutes and legs with a dash of dance-based cardio to improve your stamina.  

Join like-minded ladies on their journey to feeling fitter, healthier & happier  

 

Equipment Required: 

Dumbbell Weights (OR evenly weighted, hand-held objects) 

Yoga Mat (OR Large Towel)

Dance Workout 

No equipment needed for this dance focused workout session! 

Whether you’ve got 2 left feet or moves for days,

our Dance Workout will take you through your paces with a multitude of fun and sexy routines! 

Learn and perform our routines to a mixture of RnB, Hip Hop UK Garage, Afro Beats, Pop and more.
